MY THOUGHTS:
The beginning of the story I was a little bit confused. I’m not sure if it was because I never read the first two books. I feel like there were so many references about what happened in the pother books that I did not fully get. This little problem did not stop me from enjoying the book, it just makes me want to read the first two!
Even though there were times I wanted to smack some sense into Travis’ head, I think he had a huge heart and is book boyfriend material. He was just trying to protect Mara. I loved both Mara and Travis together; I think they bought the best out of each other. Mara didn’t put up with all of Travis’ crap. She was an amazing strong person going through everything that she had to go through.
I have always enjoyed reading suspenseful novels and things was one what a can add to my favorites. There was so much action and I never knew what was coming next. I was definitely surprised about who was behind the kidnapping; I did not see that coming.
I cannot wait to go and find copies of the first two books and read the next one when it comes out.
