Cover Reveal: Ashes Falling by B.T. Urruela

Published April 14, 2016 by adventuresinbooklandblog

It was supposed to be easy money.
It was supposed to be routine.
It was supposed to be safe.

Ashe Dillinger’s life is about as normal as it gets. One could even call it boring. A broke college student living off Ramen noodles and cheap liquor, she jumps at the chance to take part in a sleep study which will pay her more than she makes in a week.

Ashe wakes up from the study in a room with four other test subjects including handsome US Army veteran, Ryder Maddox. Outside the room, the world is burning. All signs of human life are seemingly gone. They are completely alone except an evil that lurks beyond the fire and brimstone.

Will Ashe find the strength to survive in this post apocalyptic world?
Can she trust those around her and find the answers she seeks before it’s too late?
Will her feelings for Ryder get in the way?

B.T. Urruela was an infantryman in the US Army from August of 2004 until February of 2011. At the end of a year long tour in Baghdad, IQ, his vehicle was hit by two roadside bombs, which took his right leg below the knee and the life of his commander. He was awarded a Purple Heart for his wounds, an Army Commendation Medal, and Combat Infantryman’s Badge. He medically retired from the Army in 2011 and moved to Tampa, FL where he currently works as the Vice President and COO of VETSports, a veteran community sports nonprofit he co-founded in 2012. He travels the country for speaking engagements and as a member of the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team.
